The Study aimed to assist EMB in formulating an IWQMF and an Implementation Plan by setting up a multi-agency coordination system and disseminating the IWQMF.

Innogy provided major technical inputs in the preparation of the Basic IWQMF and Implementation Plan. It drafted the proposed goals and targets as well as the water quality management strategies and other technical contents of the framework. Moreover, Innogy assisted in the design and conduct of the interagency workshops and national consultation meetings as well as in the preparation of Training and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Materials.
